Our client's goals: to expand his client book, become known as an expert in his field, and expand into new geographic markets. We worked with the partner to create a comprehensive strategy, determining which markets would best correspond to his profile and making the most of his strengths.

Master Networker
First, the client was given tools to become a master networker: he received intensive training to hone his networking and business development skills, and we helped him devise an efficient maintenance system tailored to his personal preferences. Together, we combed through his current network to uncover hidden opportunities, and we helped him make the most of each. Then, we organized strategic meetings for the client with key influencers to reach his target markets. The Spitfire team leader was present at each of these meetings to ensure most favourable conditions and assist the client in making the most of each opportunity. Performance reward: a prospective client came in for a quote 3 hours after one of these meetings.

We also started source filing the partner with the right journalists to reach his target publications and be positioned as the expert in his target markets. The strategy was based on careful preparation for each interview, in order to distinguish the client from his competition by hightlighting unique strengths. As a result, our client received a full-paragraph quote in two of his target publications 10 days after meeting the journalists we selected for him. We also arranged for a full-page profile in one of his target publications, and he was invited to become the official US correspondent for one of his target market's most prestigious publications.
Overseas expansion
Finally, we built an overseas network to enable the partner to reach his target clients. In addition to extensive research leading to a detailed target list of over 200 companies, we launched the source filing process with foreign journalists. We also arranged for a 200+ conference filled with potential clients, where he would be the sole speaker, taking care of the conference's marketing and publicity to the partner's target market.
In conclusion, our client achived:
